2. Safety Disclaimer
- Adult Supervision: All items must only be used under adult supervision.
- Safe Sleep: Do not leave items in a cot with an unsupervised sleeping baby.
- User Liability: The buyer assumes all responsibility for the safe use of the product.
3. Care & Maintenance
- Washing Instructions: Follow the care label provided with your blanket exactly.
- Damage: We are not responsible for shrinkage, piling, or damage from incorrect washing.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Payment Due: Full payment is required before we dispatch your order.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Dispatch Times: Ready-made items ship within 3 business days.
- Delivery Delays: We are not liable for postal service or customs delays.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Change of Mind: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
- Return Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Return Shipping: The buyer pays for return postage unless the item is faulty.
- Custom Orders: Personalised or custom-made blankets cannot be returned or refunded.
