Refund policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. All returns must be in the original packaging, with all labels attached, not smelling of perfume/smoke, unwashed and unworn.  We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item by mistake.


All postage costs are incurred by the customer on returns or exchanges including original postage unless you have received a faulty item. 
If you are returning a faulty item, KnittedViolets will replace the item (subject to stock) at no extra postage costs to the customer. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them.  


KnittedViolets reserves the rights to determine if an item is faulty. Please include a receipt of your postage costs when returning a faulty item so we can refund you. 
Please state your order number if you are contacting us about a return or exchange. 

ALL DECEMBER ORDERS CAN BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED UP UNTIL THE 15TH JANUARY. 


The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

For exchanges, there is a charge for postage of the returned item. This can be paid via paypal or bank transfer. 

All refunds will be made to the payment source used in your order. Refunds can not be sent to a different person or account.
